1. If the bad smell comes from the DWT and HEPA

•Clean DWT&HEPA

*Please note: HEPA needs be fully dried before being installed again.
2. If the bad smell comes from the brush roller

•Clean the brush roller
3. If the bad smell comes from the floor brush

•Clean floor brush
4. If the bad smell comes from the main motor

•Contact us and replace whole unit
