Not charging/Charging status is abnormal

1.Confirm whether display screen without any reaction?
☆a.Make sure the unit is placed correctly in the charging base.
b.Clean charging pins(under the condition of adapter not connect to power socket).
c.Please use original tineco adapter.
d.Please cool down about 1hrs.
2.Confirm whether charging time is too long or over specification?
☆Please cool down about 1hrs.
