2.Press “Self-cleaning” button to restart the Self-cleaning mode and try again

Voice Prompt：Please clean air channel and HEPA filter
1.Confirm whether The air channel of Clean Station is blocked?
☆Clean dustbin,mesh filter,HEPA and air channel

Voice Prompt：Please install the dustbin or vacuum properly
1.Confirm whether The dustbin is fitted properly ?
☆Place the dustbin to the right place
2.Confirm whether The vacuum is fitted properly ?
☆Place the vacuum to the right place
